To return or exchange a wedding ring or item, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our Customer Service team at 1-888-422-4333 or via email at CustomerService@WeddingBands.com
  • Inform the representative that you wish to return your order.
  • We will email you the pre-filled RMA including instructions on how to return your item to us. This will ensure faster processing and minimize any delays in processing your request.
  • Take your order and the return label to the nearest carrier location and send it back to us. If you need packaging materials, the carrier will provide assistance.
  • Your return should reach us within two business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Refunds will be processed within two weeks and will be issued using your original payment method. For bank wires, refunds will be made via company check.

Please do not write jewelry, diamonds, or any other identifiable luxury item "word" on the package to protect against possible theft during transportation. When you return your purchases back, please insure them for the full value. If using U.S. mail, we would advise you to ship it in a box rather than a mailing envelope of any kind. We are not responsible for return shipping losses.

Wedding Ring Sizing

Should the wedding rings you ordered not fit your finger size, you can return them within thirty (30) days for resizing or an exchange. When requesting a return authorization number (RMA), please specify your correct finger size. Wedding rings that have been engraved or textured can also be resized or remanufactured. Please note that titanium or combination titanium wedding bands, as well as some handmade wedding bands, cannot be resized and must be remanufactured.

In the event that your size changes a few years down the road, don’t hesitate to contact us. WeddingBands.com will be happy to resize your ring at that time. We understand the importance of maintaining the appearance of your ring and are pleased to offer these services. Note that a fee may apply for resizing. Additional Terms & Conditions

  • Special Orders: Please note that special or custom orders are non-returnable.
  • Return Procedures: Items sent to our office without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, or packages shipped outside the 30-day return period, will not be accepted. Additionally, items that are improperly packaged or uninsured are not eligible for return. Please contact CustomerService@WeddingBands.com for RMA number.
  • Condition of Returns: Returned merchandise must be undamaged to qualify for a refund or exchange. We cannot accept items that show signs of wear or have been altered by a jeweler other than WeddingBands.com.
  • Eternity Bands and Tension Rings: Please be aware that eternity bands and tension rings cannot be resized and require complete re-manufacturing. It is crucial to order the correct size at the time of purchase. To assist with sizing, receive our free ring sizer or contact our Customer Service team for guidance.
