Oh my I’m so pleased and delighted to be among the many here on this site that have provided their sincere praise of Wedding Bands.com…
Initially my fiancée and I selected our rings at a brick mortar jewelry store! The rings had to be ordered however after arriving and looking at my ring that day a bit closer I discovered a slight flaw in the design that we had chosen!
Unfortunately we returned my ring and was later told my size was not available…I was devastated!
We looked at several stores and decided to look online and I’m extremely happy that we did. We came upon Wedding Bands.com and completed a search and there was my ring!!!!
I placed an online order after reading over all of the online information to include testimonials shipping return policy etc. however before pulling the trigger and finalizing the sale I called the company!

Back in 2016 when we decided to finally make it official we ironically had 12 days to plan our wedding....and it all honestly fell into place as if it had been planned for a very long time. We found wedding bands.com online and found the perfect ring....the Grand Canyon....it was truly a mix of us... yellow gold and white gold both polished and satin in a wave design around the band. We ordered them and can honestly attest this jeweler is amazing! We got the rings in time for the ceremony and since then we have sent both of them back for inspections and refurbishing. As our 7th anniversary was approaching 10/23 we contacted the jewelers and scheduled our bands to be sent back to be inspected refurbished and refinished. This company is beyond professional...in communications and advice on the products they create and take pride in taking care of.
They kept the rings for almost 3 weeks giving them the time to make them look new again and today we received them back...looking like they did the day the originally arrived 7 years ago.
They communicated with us by email and phone from our initial contact to send them back for inspections/refurbishing and followed up till they arrived back to us today.
They are the type of organization that existed years ago in the old days....they take great care in what they create for you and take great pride in keeping you as a satisfied customer....we recommend them highly definitely a 10+ in todays retail world.

This is the 2nd time I have gone to WeddingBands.com to purchase a diamond anniversary band and they do not dissappoint ! Its very easy to get a hold of a customer service rep and email any specs or pictures to show exactly what you want in your ring. I usually look art the site to get an idea and then discuss my unique needs over the phone. This may be a slight change to the setting or diamond size. For my first order I wasnt sure if a website would be a good way to buy a diamond ring however they make it very easy to discuss your needs and send pictures in advance etc that I went back a second time for another ring to stack with the first. In the case of my second ring once received I wanted a different setting with thicker prongs and they worked with me until I got exactly what I wanted!
The quality of the diamonds are great and the customer service excellent!

I have for many years wanted an extra wide band. My husband purchased a second band 7mm for me when my first band cracked apart. No grief there because I never liked it anyway. After 20 years together it is finally legal in North Carolina to tie the knot. We searched for rings but the selection at local jewelers were seriously lacking when it came to rings for men.

Even though I have made purchases online I had some trepidation about buying gold jewelry especially our wedding bands online. Dropped the ring on the pavement the minute I got it and it has a nice ding in it but I am sure it can be buffed out - 14k gold is too soft for my abuse.

I have been married 10 years. I was told it would be $200 to size my wedding band and engagement ring. I thought that was a little steep esp because I dont even wear my engagement ring/diamond anymore. You cannot find a bigger pain in the ass when buying thing online then me. I fully admit I am picky and want what I want how I want it and do not apologize for it. The only problem with being that way when shopping online you have to find accommodating retailers.
When WeddingBands.com says 30 days no questions asked they mean NO QUESTIONS on returns.
I was torn between three rings. They said return for full refund so i decided to take them up on it. I ordered ALL THREE and had them all engraved om the notion that the one I liked would be done and Id just return the other two and hope they not hassle me.
The rings were all beautiful but surprisingly when I put them on I wasnt satisfied with anyone of them. They were beautiful and the craftsmanship was impeccable but not one of them jumped out at me. So I called got an RMA and returned ALL THREE. They didnt even ask why. Just issued the RMA asked if they could be on any other service. So I ordered another ring size 13 fully engraved.... and I still wasnt satisfied... They issued an RMA when I called and simply asked what more they could do.
I explained what I had looked at and what I was looking for. No this call was on a Saturday and the shop was closed. But the man answering John was very helpful and quite knowledgeable. After talkiing he told me he could customize something for me and would have it manufactured and sent out straight away. So five days later ring number six showed up. He was right it was perfect. Just what I was looking for. And by the time I received it I already had received refunds for the other five rings.
This has been one of the most satisfying and pleasurable online shopping experiences. I just wish it wasnt for a wedding ring because how many of these am I going to buy?! I wish they sold coffee or clothes or something else I order all the time just so I could keep doing business with this company.

I ordered two of these as engagement rings for my boyfriend and me. I proposed as I was flying us over the Golden Gate Bridge in a Cessna. Romantic huh? He said yes! The rings are substantial despite only being the 5mm ones. The 18k Gold is beautiful but really soft as expected. They do scratch easily but adds character to the rings. The good thing about that is that every 6 months we can get them polished and looking like new again. I ordered from Weddingbands.com because all the reviews were so good. Everything was fine however I would suggest that they provide care instructions for the rings and maybe a polishing rag and when shipping correct the tracking system. I could not track the rings after they shipped it did not work for some reason. Other than that I would recommend them on price and quality. I may look at them again upon ceremony time when well get the actual wedding rings.

The rings we chose required customisation. The customisation was a wider band which meant the braid then looked much smaller in reality than the photos on the website. Overall we are pleased with the result but not entirely over the moon with the whole experience.
The final result did not have a wider braid to ensure proportionality of appearance was maintained.
Requests for confirmation of what the customisations were to ensure our order was accurately manufactured was met with a when complete we will confirm the customisations. If undertaken incorrectly it would have been too late to change.
Possibly a more proactive order confirmation earlier in the process could be more useful.

Looking for a 10th anniversary wedding band upgrade for my wife I did a good deal of shopping at various jewelers as I am relatively skeptical of purchasing expensive items online. I was generally disappointed with most of the jewelry store rings and almost all stores ended up just pulling out a catalog to show me what could be ordered. In the end I found a beautiful Handcrafted Tri-colored gold band that my wife simply loves and I assure you she is extremely picky. I was also pleased to see that the cost of the band was relatively adjusted to ring size as my wife is a 5.5 which was not taken into consideration at several jewelry stores i.e. same price for size 10 with much more gold as a size 5.5. I had been pondering over this ring for 1 year and a half. After my fiancé proposed I knew that I wanted to order this ring for his wedding band.
The picture made the ring look beautiful when I received the ring it was just as beautiful yet the diamonds were a lot smaller than I anticipated. I immediately panicked. The ring was a surprise for my groom.

They still had to make it and I like that at weddingbands.com they didnt just have a bunch in the back to ship out. The engraving was a little lighter than I wanted but it matches mine perfect. I bought a simple ring...a band with 5 small diamonds in it. My engagement ring is a substantial solitaire and every diamond band I put with it seemed to detract from the diamond. I saw a similar ring in tiffanys but it was only available in platinum and I really wanted White gold.
The ring I got is perfect. The inscription is flawless and it is a substantial band with a thickness that matched my cathedral elevated setting. Its also nice to wear alone...the diamonds are small but VERY sparkly.

I was very skeptical because Ive never heard of such a precious investment being purchased online but I read a bunch of the reviews and thought Id give them a call...so heres another great review for ya.
I wanted to propose to my partner before he got word of whether or not he got into an MBA program because I didnt want that to dictate whether or not we were engaged so I had 5 days to do this.
Every jeweler I went to charged at least $500 more for the ring I want and of course would need 2 weeks to make the ring.
Weddingbands.com still needed to make the ring which would take only 5 business days but shipped out a temporary ring for me to use for the proposal overnight. I proposed he said yes we both approved of the chosen rings sent the temporary back and 4 days later not counting the weekend of course and we got our rings appraised and everything. They even called me when they were ready so I had a chance to place the funds in my account before they charged me.
Best prices best service. Im recommending this site to anyone I know who is buying a ring.

The ring I ordered in a local jewelry store came late and it was not the right size. They told me that it will take 6 wks to get the right one. I was in panic. Until I a friend of mine recommended me this site. I not only wanted a certain band but also wanted it engraved on the inside. In my order I requested that if this would not be able to be received by the wedding date for customer service to call me. The very next day an associate called me to reassure me that even though I had ordered a ring that is custom made they would make sure that it would be crafted and shipped for me to receive it in time. We searched a long time for the perfect band for my fiance. We found a few but the prices were not reasonable. We were looking for a two tone since he preferred white gold but my ring is yellow gold. I am a very big procrastinator. I waited until 2 wks before my husbands and my anniversary to order a replacement wedding band for him. I not only wanted a certain band but also wanted it engraved on the inside. In my order I requested that if this would not be able to be received by our anniversary for customer service to call me. I just wanted to write to say thank you for the beautiful wedding band. I had looked all over for something I wanted that was different and yet was compatable with my engagement ring. I went to all the local jewelers and was not able to find anything. As a last resort I tried the internet and low and behold came across your web site.
Not only was I able to find one I liked, now I had to choose between several beautiful designs! The one I chose was more beautiful in person than even over the website. Dear WB, We loved the rings.
I'd like to take a moment to highlight the excellent customer service provided to me this week by Steve (in shipping?). I ordered two wedding bands a few weeks ago, and the one meant for me wasn't a perfect fit. I returned it once, but the next size down also wasn't a perfect fit. I returned the ring again. In short order Steve expedited the manufacturing of what turns out is the perfect fit and overnighted it to me.
