Thank you for choosing WeddingBands.com for your wedding rings. We take immense pride in the quality of our jewelry and are committed to ensuring that your wedding bands remain as beautiful as the day you received them.
Warranty Coverage

Quality Assurance: All our wedding bands are crafted from solid 14K, 18K gold, 950-platinum, or 950-palladium. We do NOT sell gold-plated or hollow rings. We are confident that the wedding band you receive will match your order exactly in terms of size, specifications, and quality.

Lifetime Warranty: We offer a Lifetime Warranty on all our wedding bands against manufacturing defects or mistakes. This warranty covers any issues arising from defects in the craftsmanship or materials used in your ring.
What is Covered
- Manufacturing Defects: Any flaws or imperfections that are the result of the production process.
- Material Defects: Issues arising from the use of materials, such as gold, platinum, or palladium, that affect the integrity or appearance of your ring.
What is Not Covered
- Normal Wear and Tear: This includes scratches, tarnishing, or any other damage that occurs as a result of regular wear and tear.
- Accidental Damage: Any damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or improper care.
- Alterations or Repairs by Third Parties: Any modifications, repairs, or alterations made by individuals other than authorized WeddingBands.com personnel.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at CustomerService@WeddingBands.com or call us at (888) 422-4333 with details of the issue and your order number for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Inspection: We may request that you send your ring to us for inspection. Shipping costs for warranty claims will only be covered byWeddingBands.com for covered issues.
- Resolution: Once the defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the ring at no cost to you.

To better serve you, we generate pre-filled Return Material Authorizations (RMA) for all resized, exchanged, re-finishing, or returned items. We will email you the pre-filled RMA including instructions on how to return your item to us. This will ensure faster processing and minimize any delays in processing your request.
You may also email us at: CustomerService@WeddingBands.com to receive a RMA from our Returns Department. Please include your Name, Order Number, Daytime Phone, and let us know how we can help you. Your RMA instructions will be sent to the email address provided with your order.
Additional Services
To ensure that your wedding band continues to fit perfectly and maintain its shine, we offer the following services:

Sizing Adjustments: If your ring needs resizing at any time, we will adjust it to the correct size at an additional cost after the 30-Day Return window. Please contact us for details on how to arrange a resizing.

Refinishing: Over time, your ring may acquire scratches or lose its original luster. We offer refinishing services to restore the ring’s original appearance. Simply contact us, and we will make it look as good as new.

Repair Services: Should you encounter any issues with your ring that are not covered under the warranty, such as accidental damage, we provide repair services. We will assess the damage and provide a quote for any necessary repairs.
We reserve the right to hold and/or not process any order containing information that is incomplete, incorrect, and suspicious, cannot be verified or is fraudulent.
Please do not write jewelry, diamonds, or any other identifiable luxury item "word" on the package to protect against possible theft during transportation. When you return your purchases back, you must insure them for the full value. If using U.S. mail, we would advise you to ship it in a box rather than a mailing envelope of any kind. We are not responsible for return shipping losses.
