WeddingBands.com is always looking to fill our positions in our Marketing Department. At the moment we are looking for a Search Marketing/Optimization Strategist.

Job Description

We are currently looking for someone knowledgeable in search engine optimization. This individual must have knowledge and working knowledge of marketing in E-commerce, preferably experience in marketing consumer products. The responsibilities of this position include:
  • Develop and execute SEO plan to the website
  • Attain and exceed quality "unique visitors" to the website
  • Focus on natural search ranking as well as paid advertising
  • Research, collect and analyze data to determine success of SEO plan
  • Keep up with E-commerce marketing trends
  • Combination of technical and marketing skills

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-3 years experience
  • Knowledge with SEM and SEO
  • Experience with products similar or related to E-commerce or consumer products
  • Experience with Google Adwords, Yahoo Marketing Solutions, Microsoft Adcenter, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Knowledge of application developments is a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Written and verbal communications and analytical skills
  • Based in Minneapolis, MN

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative. Our business is based on client-relationship building and takes great pride with the personal relationships we have build over the years. Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who will make the customer the number one priority and help with purchasing. The individual should build relationships with the client. Some of the qualifications needed are:
  • Effective communication skills
  • Great telephone communication skills
  • Interactive social skills
  • Ability to operate point-of-sale terminal and telephone
  • 1-3 years of experience. It is a plus if it is in accessories and internet sales, especially fine jewelry
  • Not required but a plus to be certified by Gemological Institute of America (GIA) or form of jewelry education
  • Not required but fluent in Spanish

Technology Engineer
We are currently looking for a Web Developer/Web Designer. We are seeking individuals who share the same values and have interest in sharing the rewards of a growing business.

Job Description

WeddingBands.com is seeking either part-time or full-time individual with great communication skills, computer knowledge and website knowledge. They must be able to maintain and build current and new websites:
  • Knowledge of all or partial programs: HTML, XHTML, XML, Java Script, .Net, .Asp, .Aspx, MySQL, Flash, Silverlight, Web 2.0, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel PaintShop Pro
  • Understand complex database concepts as well as the implications of different database designs
  • Work on projects including web-based applications, website enhancements, desktop applications, database-backed websites, and web layout enhancements.
  • Possess significant knowledge of server and internet systems architectures
  • Recognizes the benefits of the various programming languages.
  • Understand browser specific compatibility issues
  • Suggests area for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
  • Communicates effectively to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions for different projects
  • Responsible for working on multiple projects simultaneously as directed by management.
  • Reviews, analyzes, and modifies, web systems including documenting, designing, developing, testing, monitoring, and maintaining as specified.

Qualifications
  • Qualified to degree level or equivalent
  • Experience not necessary but welcomed
  • Knowledge of search engine optimatization (SEO) is a plus
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Great communicator, team member, and determination
  • Skills in graphic design and marketing a plus
