The quality price and delivery of the ring I purchased exceeded my expectations. The customer service folks were very professional and a pleasure to work with. When they tell you that they will get back with you in ten minutes to answer a question expect to hear from them much sooner than that. In spite of the fact that I changed my order to a different size ring midway through the process I can honestly say that they bent over backwards to make it happen in a timely manner. This is the 2nd time I have gone to WeddingBands.com to purchase a diamond anniversary band and they do not dissappoint ! Its very easy to get a hold of a customer service rep and email any specs or pictures to show exactly what you want in your ring. I usually look art the site to get an idea and then discuss my unique needs over the phone. This may be a slight change to the setting or diamond size. For my first order I wasnt sure if a website would be a good way to buy a diamond ring however they make it very easy to discuss your needs and send pictures in advance etc that I went back a second time for another ring to stack with the first. In the case of my second ring once received I wanted a different setting with thicker prongs and they worked with me until I got exactly what I wanted! The quality of the diamonds are great and the customer service excellent! - CC D., USA

I bought the most beautiful Wedding band from Wedding Band dot com. It was a terrific value and the shipping was spot on time. I was so proud of my choice !!! THEN my new wife wanted something different and much Cheaper. They were so understanding at Weddingbands.com. They quickly shipped the cheaper ring and didnt even gouge me on a restocking fee. These people are fantastic I cant believe how nice and understanding they were on such a horrible request o n my part.
