"I ordered my ring and got it in a very short amount of time. It was too small and my wedding was about ten days out. I sent it back and they made me a new one that was a little larger. I paid the difference and got another one that was still just a bit too small. It worked enough for the wedding and when we got back to the states I sent it back and they made me yet another one. And fyi It was totally my fault for the ring not being the correct size. Unbelievable product and service. Everyone that I spoke to on the phone there was so helpful. I would recommend them to anybody!! Thank you WeddingBands.com for making my once in a lifetime purchase an unforgettable experience. Your level of customer service is what people want and unfortunately do just not get anymore. "Ordered 2 white gold wedding bands. With the current exchange rate we got a fantatsic price far cheaper than buying in Australia and the delivery time was amazingly fast. We were kept informed up until rings were despatched and could track the items during delivery. Couldnt pick a fault if I tried! Good Job!"

"My fiance and I ordered rings locally Houston in advance of our wedding. 5 days before the wedding the jeweler called to say she had forgotten to contact us and tell us the rings were not available until Dec. 23. I found the exact rings we wanted on WeddingBands.com. They manufactured the bands and even had them overnighted to us at our destination wedding in time for the ceremony.
