"Dear WB, We loved the rings. I'd like to take a moment to highlight the excellent customer service provided to me this week by Steve (in shipping?). I ordered two wedding bands a few weeks ago, and the one meant for me wasn't a perfect fit. I returned it once, but the next size down also wasn't a perfect fit. I returned the ring again. In short order Steve expedited the manufacturing of what turns out is the perfect fit and overnighted it to me. The ring arrived yesterday--one day before my departure for Italy and our wedding--and we couldn't be more pleased with your company. "I had been pondering over this ring for 1 year and a half. After my fiancé proposed I knew that I wanted to order this ring for his wedding band. The picture made the ring look beautiful when I received the ring it was just as beautiful yet the diamonds were a lot smaller than I anticipated. I immediately panicked. The ring was a surprise for my groom. I end up having to show him the ring messing up my surprise but he actually loved the ring.
