"Weddingbands.com was a refreshing and stress free experience. The service was excellent. The value was superb and the final cost was significantly lower than anywhere else. I didnt see exactly what I was looking for on their web page so I called and I couldnt have has better and more cooperative service. They directed me to something very close and then customized the production to give me exactly what I wanted at no additional cost. To top it off the ring arrived two days before they said it would. "Oh my I’m so pleased and delighted to be among the many here on this site that have provided their sincere praise of Wedding Bands.com… Initially my fiancée and I selected our rings at a brick mortar jewelry store! The rings had to be ordered however after arriving and looking at my ring that day a bit closer I discovered a slight flaw in the design that we had chosen! Unfortunately we returned my ring and was later told my size was not available…I was devastated! We looked at several stores and decided to look online and I’m extremely happy that we did. We came upon Wedding Bands.com and completed a search and there was my ring!!!! I placed an online order after reading over all of the online information to include testimonials shipping return policy etc. however before pulling the trigger and finalizing the sale I called the company! My fiancé and I were very pleased that all of our questions were answered the sales associate/representative was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable the representative even asked the date in which we would need them! So we made our purchase and they arrived in about 8 days. "I ordered my ring and got it in a very short amount of time. It was too small and my wedding was about ten days out. I sent it back and they made me a new one that was a little larger. I paid the difference and got another one that was still just a bit too small. It worked enough for the wedding and when we got back to the states I sent it back and they made me yet another one. And fyi It was totally my fault for the ring not being the correct size. Unbelievable product and service. Everyone that I spoke to on the phone there was so helpful. I would recommend them to anybody!! Thank you WeddingBands.com for making my once in a lifetime purchase an unforgettable experience. Your level of customer service is what people want and unfortunately do just not get anymore.
