Granted the price was good the service was terrible they never even called to let us know when it came in and when we went to go pick it up it was the wrong ring! So we had to re-order the ring and wait another 2 weeks for them to call and let us know it was in which they never did...we had to call them again! "I ordered my rings through Wedding Bands my wedding was 2 weeks away from the time I placed my order. USPS lost my package claiming it has already been delivered I contacted Wedding Bands to inform them the situation. They immediately follow up with USPS and continue to do so for over 1 week I was just 2 days for my wedding with no rings Wedding Bands step up and manufacture new rings and just before they were about to send them USPS found the package got the rings just in time and I was happily impressed by how Wedding Bands handle the whole thing.
