"The ring I ordered in a local jewelry store came late and it was not the right size. They told me that it will take 6 wks to get the right one. I was in panic. Until I a friend of mine recommended me this site. I not only wanted a certain band but also wanted it engraved on the inside. In my order I requested that if this would not be able to be received by the wedding date for customer service to call me. The very next day an associate called me to reassure me that even though I had ordered a ring that is custom made they would make sure that it would be crafted and shipped for me to receive it in time. "I bought a simple ring...a band with 5 small diamonds in it. My engagement ring is a substantial solitaire and every diamond band I put with it seemed to detract from the diamond. I saw a similar ring in tiffanys but it was only available in platinum and I really wanted White gold. The ring I got is perfect. The inscription is flawless and it is a substantial band with a thickness that matched my cathedral elevated setting. Its also nice to wear alone...the diamonds are small but VERY sparkly. Im PICKY and would recommend wedding bands.com. There service was great and I got exactly what I wanted and it was as described. A good value and very pretty. Thanks!" Cat, Ohio
